Why Mindfulness Circle? In the practice of the Circle of Mindfulness, we experience many benefits as the mind and body are reconfigured, strengthening the connection with the present moment. This translates into a greater ability to handle stressful situations, greater self-acceptance, improved relationships with others, greater openness to accept and let go, a greater sense of solidarity, increased creativity, and connection with peace and freedom.

What is it?Sitting in a circle is related to the ancient custom of connecting, listening, and sharing. Thus, the Circle becomes a space for observation without judgment about oneself and others, of solidarity through deep listening and mutual enrichment. We continue to learn and progress in the practice of Mindfulness experiencing a deep sense of being interconnected.
